The hotel restaurant is well known and famous far beyond of Bernheck. Chef de cuisine is Josef Schuster. He and his service team prepare, cook and celebrate culinary specialties from the franconian region, as well as national and international dishes.

Each room in the restaurant has its own character. There are the "Fireplace Room", the "Bernhecker Room", the "Lorenz Room" as well as the main restaurant and cafe-terrace. Doesn’t matter if you are regular hotel guest, daily guest or just travel through, our culinary offers anyway will touch you.

Our long, long cusine refinements contain wildlife, which is at home in the huge forest areas around Bernheck, fish from the lakes of the area, vegetarian dishes or just something special from the farmers of the area. In addition we serve coffee, homemade cakes and pies at the café terrace in the afternoon.
